End User License Agreement

This EULA is a binding legal contract between you (“Licensee”) and EasyTools (“Licensor”). By downloading, installing, activating, or using any EasyTools software product (the “Software”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software, and request a refund within the refund window.

1. License Grant

Subject to your payment of the applicable fee and continued compliance with this EULA, EasyTools grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software on the number of live production websites permitted by your license tier:

Single Site license — one (1) production domain.
5-Site license — up to five (5) production domains.
Unlimited license — unlimited production domains owned or directly operated by the license holder. “Client agencies” reselling access to sub-clients require a separate developer license.

Local development environments (localhost, *.local, staging.*, *.test) do not count against the domain limit.

2. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. EasyTools and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights. Nothing in this EULA transfers ownership of the Software to you.

3. Permitted Use

You may:

Install and activate the Software on the number of domains permitted by your license tier;
Modify site-specific configuration, styles, and templates as necessary for your own use;
Make one (1) backup copy for archival purposes;
Receive updates and support for the duration of your active subscription or, in the case of Lifetime plans, for the supported lifetime of the product.

4. Prohibited Use

You may not, and may not permit any third party to:

Distribute, resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or lend the Software;
Upload the Software to any nulled-plugin site, warez forum, torrent tracker, or public code repository;
Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, license-check, license-serial, or attribution code;
Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of any obfuscated or compiled component;
Use the Software to develop a directly competing product;
Share a single license serial across more sites than your tier permits;
Use the Software in a manner that violates any applicable law or third-party right.

5. License Verification & Monitoring

The Software periodically contacts EasyTools’ license server to verify entitlement. Data transmitted is limited to: license serial, activated domain, plugin version, PHP version, WordPress version, and heartbeat timestamp. No personal or user data is transmitted. You consent to this verification as a condition of using the Software.

EasyTools may automatically suspend a license that is being used on more sites than authorized, from more than five (5) distinct IP addresses within 24 hours, or that fails tamper-integrity checks. Suspended licenses may be restored by contacting support with proof of legitimate use.

6. Updates & Support

Active licenses receive plugin updates and email support. Support is provided in English via open a support ticket. Expired subscriptions continue to function on the last-installed version but no longer receive updates or new features. Lifetime licenses receive updates and support for as long as the product line is actively maintained.

7. Refunds

Refund requests submitted within fourteen (14) days of purchase are honored no-questions-asked. After 14 days, refunds are at EasyTools’ sole discretion. Charges for one-time services already rendered (custom migration, setup service) are non-refundable once work has commenced.

8. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you breach any term. On termination, you must immediately uninstall and destroy all copies of the Software. Sections 2, 4, 9, 10, and 11 survive termination.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. EASYTOOLS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. EasyTools does not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any data processed or transferred by the Software (including during site migrations and backups) will be preserved without loss.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EASYTOOLS’ TOTAL LIABILITY UNDER THIS EULA IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE LICENSE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. EASYTOOLS IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.

11. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this EULA is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. If you are outside Malaysia and local mandatory consumer law grants you additional rights, those rights are preserved.
