DMCA & Takedown Policy

Last updated: 26 July 2026

1. Our Position

EasyTools respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects the same in return. We respond to properly-formed takedown notices under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) and equivalent notice procedures under Malaysian copyright law and the copyright laws of the notifier’s jurisdiction.

2. Filing a Takedown Notice Against Content on Our Sites

If you believe content hosted on easytools.my or freetoolsdownload.com infringes your copyright, send a written notice to EasyTools Support Center containing:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature;
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;
  3. Identification of the material on our Site that is claimed to be infringing, with a URL sufficient to locate it;
  4. Your contact information (address, telephone, email);
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

We aim to acknowledge valid notices within three (3) business days and to remove or disable access to the material promptly upon verification.

3. Counter-Notice

If material you posted was removed and you believe this was in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address. The counter-notice must include your signature, identification of the material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, your contact information, and consent to jurisdiction of the federal district court where you reside (or, if outside the U.S., the courts of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia).

4. Reporting Piracy of EasyTools Products

If you find any EasyTools plugin, theme, or download being distributed illegally — including on:

  • Nulled-plugin sites (e.g. nulledlover, freewpplus, nulled.to, etc.);
  • Torrent trackers or file-sharing services;
  • GitHub or GitLab public repositories containing our code without our permission;
  • Facebook groups, Telegram channels, or WhatsApp groups selling or sharing our products;
  • YouTube videos linking to unauthorized downloads;

…please report it to EasyTools Support Center with the URL and any evidence. We take piracy reports seriously and issue takedown notices to search engines (Google, Bing), CDN providers (Cloudflare), hosting providers, and platform hosts (Facebook, YouTube, GitHub) as appropriate.

5. Repeat-Infringer Policy

We terminate accounts and licenses of users determined to be repeat infringers of copyright, in accordance with 17 U.S.C. § 512(i) and comparable Malaysian provisions. This includes users found to be redistributing our products in violation of the EULA.

6. Misuse of Takedown Process

Submitting a knowingly false takedown notice may expose the submitter to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees, under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
