1. Ownership

All content, source code, plugins, themes, graphics, logos, icons, product names, marketing copy, documentation, screenshots, videos, tutorials, and downloadable materials made available on this website (collectively, the “Materials”) are the exclusive property of EasyTools and its licensors, and are protected under Malaysian copyright law, the Berne Convention, the WIPO Copyright Treaty, and all applicable international treaties.

The following are proprietary products and remain the sole intellectual property of EasyTools:

EasyTools Booking System
EasyTools Dynamic QR / Payment QR Generator
EasyTools Free Tools plugin suite
Any premium add-ons, themes, or scripts distributed under the EasyTools brand

2. Reserved Rights

Except as expressly permitted under the End User License Agreement (EULA) accompanying each product, or by prior written permission from EasyTools, no part of the Materials may be:

Reproduced, republished, mirrored, or redistributed in any form;
Modified, adapted, translated, reverse-engineered, decompiled, or disassembled;
Uploaded to any nulled-plugin site, warez forum, torrent, GitHub mirror, or file-sharing service;
Resold, sublicensed, rented, leased, or offered as part of a competing product;
Stripped of copyright notices, license checks, license serial validation, or attribution;
Used to train machine-learning models without our written consent.

3. Trademarks

“EasyTools”, the EasyTools logo, “Site Migrator”, “Member Wallet”, “Payment QR”, “Free Tools Download”, and associated product marks are trademarks of EasyTools. Use of these marks without written authorization — including in domain names, look-alike branding, or paid advertising — is prohibited.

4. User-Generated Content

Content submitted by users (reviews, comments, support-ticket text, QR designs, uploaded files) remains owned by the submitting user, but by submitting it you grant EasyTools a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, back up, and use it for the purpose of providing the service.

5. DMCA & Malaysian Copyright Enforcement

If you believe your copyrighted work has been used on this website without permission, please see our DMCA and Takedown Policy. If you find any EasyTools product being redistributed illegally, we encourage you to report it to EasyTools Support Center.

6. Enforcement

EasyTools actively monitors distribution of its products. License serials are logged and audited. Confirmed infringement will result in immediate license suspension, permanent account termination, referral to hosting providers under their AUP, DMCA takedowns to search engines and CDN providers, and — where damages warrant it — civil action under the Copyright Act 1987 (Malaysia) and equivalent statutes in the infringer’s jurisdiction.
